I'm pleased to introduce you all to my husband, Aaron Nelson, M.S.W
The past two weeks have been insanely busy in our part of the world. Aaron graduated on the 13th and we were very happy that his parents were able to celebrate his accomplishment with us. I had forgotten how long commencement can last. This one started at 5:00 and Aaron didn't walk across the stage until 7:30. Asher was such a trooper. It probably didn't hurt that we loaded up Monster's Inc. on the ipod for him to watch.
Later that week we traveled to Utah to say farewell to my brother, who is leaving to serve a mission for our church. He will spend the next two years in the Eugene, Oregon area. He just went into the Missionary Training Center today with his best friend. We were able to have Elijah drive up with us after he spent time with his birth mother. It was a fun little road trip and I enjoyed the time to talk with my brother. He's going to be a fantastic missionary.
We were unable to see him leave because Aaron needed to start his new job today! It's a huge blessing that Aaron was able to find work so quickly. The organization seems like a great place for Aaron to grow as a clinician.
