And then there were two

Ethan and Elijah

We can cross one thing off our list from the last post. Elijah opened his mission call tonight and he will be serving in the Eugene Oregon mission. He reports to the Missionary Training Center on May 25. What's really fun about his is his best friend, Ethan, reports the same day and will be serving in a neighboring mission in Kennewick Washington. What an exciting time!

Hooray for Elijah! Western Oregon and the coast is GORGEOUS country with very diverse people, from the quirky, independent quasi-hippies of Univ. of Oregon in Eugene to the more traditional working class and agricultural communtities. His best friend will be in my hometown, so tell him he can eat dinner at my mom's house in Kennewick. :)

Congrats Elijah! I can't believe he is old enough for a mission. Time does fly...

Jacob is from Oregon and I love it out there! It's beautiful. And Diana served in Portland. Good times!
